Geometric modeling of drilling bit rolling cutters by generalized Hermitian splines

چکیده
Abstract The effective algorithms for calculating the theoretical profiles of gauge surfaces various bits have been developed, which reproduce such using spline functions with precision up to resolution graphic devices on modern computers. Execution profile surface close one (especially large-diameter displaced axes rolling cutters) can increase tool life by reducing loss diameter during bit processing. proposed algorithm allows, based well-known and rather routine method elements gear armament, develop automatic cutting structure crown, requiring designer only fill in a particle initial data then visually evaluate displayed results.
